Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Mindleaf → tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Open the app → go to the upgrade screen → tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out.
In the app: tap the person icon → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, all session history, and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.
Check your spam or junk folder — the email comes from [email protected]. If it's not there, tap Resend on the verification screen. Codes expire after 10 minutes. If you're still having trouble, email us at [email protected].
Yes. Mindleaf works fully as a guest — no account required. Your session history is saved on your device. If you reinstall the app, your guest history will be lost. Create a free account to keep your history safe across reinstalls.
The breathing sessions work offline. The ambient soundscapes require an internet connection to stream. Account sync and session history saving also require a connection.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com → sign in → find the Mindleaf charge → Request a refund. Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.
